The hotel is in a great location in Chinatown. My son and I were out late at night most nights and felt safe. The location is next to a subway stop, and numerous restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Great stay, I would stay there again.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. When I booked the hotel the price was decent. The room was very clean. However, The WiFi connection was really terrible; there seems to be a time limit for the connection, and I have to login out and reconnect every 30 minutes.

This property was very clean and excellent location for easy access to good restaurants. Unfortunately, I am a light sleeper and woke up to city noise like an airplane that flew over the building because the room is not sound proof. Otherwise, I would stay here again just for the location.

For an inexpensive property it was decent. Staff at the front desk was very helpful and kind. You will be in china town so expect that (absolutely nothing wrong with it, but just FYI). Room was spacious, bed was fine, bathroom shower could have been cleaner but it was ok. If I needed to stay close to Laguardia again (flight was cancelled so needed a close, inexpensive room), I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

staff was so kind. stayed here when my friend and I went to the governor’s ball and it wasn’t too far from the park it was held at. A nice walk! Lots of different options nearby for places to eat at and just walk around and shop or just window shop!! Would definitely come back :))

Good clean room. Nothing super fancy but the building was well maintained, the room was clean, and everything worked as expected. Staff were also super friendly and allowed for an early checkin. Great rate for the room in a super walkable area in flushing near restaurants / shops / etc.

Overall pretty there was hair in the bathroom and on the blanket. They did send over a staff to clean the bathroom. Very dim lighting no lamps. But good staff. They charge a $5ish “service” fee which is disclosed only on check in. Some mould in the shower at the bottom but still way better in terms of mould than major name brand hotels around the same price.
