the room was very clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly during our stay. breakfast was good Continental breakfast; the location was convenient. overall, we had a pleasant experience and would stay here again.

We stayed in a few hotels when we were in NYC and NobleDEN had the friendliest and most welcoming staff. Sure, it wasn't the trendiest but it served us well and I enjoyed being so close to Chinatown.

Great location, the rooms are wedges between the backs of buildings so they have tiny windows with brick wall views. No rooftop terrace or nice restaurant on site. Gym is extremely basic. For a Sofitel, I expected more.
