「Was great」

「It absolutely pains me to leave a negative review, but I hope this helps other travelers. At 8 am, staff were loudly cleaning in the hallways. I did poke my head out and ask that they be a little quieter and explained that we had a late...

「Although the hotel staff was friendly and apologetic, the overall experience fell well below reasonable expectations. Upon our arrival, we discovered that the hotel elevator was not working. We were traveling with two elderly family members who had considerable difficulty climbing the stairs. This created an unnecessary hardship and significantly affected their comfort and ability to access their room. More concerning, during the night, I noticed a strong smell of marijuana in our room. Upon...
