It's a cool little spot for a getaway within walking distance to everything. Very clean and cozy . I mentioned it was a trip for my wife's birthday and the host had a card and a cake waiting on her. "It’s under construction. No one at front desk, a phone number left on front desk to call someone to come check you in. Trash everywhere in floors from construction. Most bathrooms and all amenities out of order. No breakfast in morning as advertised. Way too expensive for what you are getting. It should be $40 per night based on what you are getting. It’s way more than that, ridiculous "

"I enjoyed the stay, pet friendly and the neighborhood was a good low traffic place to walk my dog. The only issue I had was the WiFi was very unstable, so couldn't really use it."

"Host communication was outstanding! Bungalow was fully appointed but not cluttered with unneeded furniture. Very clean. Our pet loved the yard space! Location was close enough to restaurants but far enough away from main roads not to hear traffic etc. "

"I picked this location due to the hot tub and other items. We found out the hot tub was not working after my wife and I purchased new bathing suits and went to use it. It was empty and dirty. I reached out after I got home knowing there was no way to get it filled and treated during our stay. I received “very sorry” you should have let us know during the stay. I paid up for this rental for the hot tub, and purchased new bathing suits we couldn’t use. The apology should have been much better, I do not feel valued as a guest. I could have booked something less expensive had I known prior. No offer to help, just two short messages. "

"Beautiful home, huge third floor with perfect views and an open kitchen to living area floor plan. All bedrooms and attached bathrooms are very similar in size. "

"Perfect location for the Brookgreen Gardens Festival of a thousand candles.While bedding was so comfy, there was no amenities for the shower which was disappointing for the price point of the stay. Luckily a quick stop at a nearby grocery store provided the requisite shampoo and soap.The Keurig was an added bonus as it was a newer extremely fast model. The layout was perfect with the sitting room totally separate from the bedroom!"
