"Great location. Surprisingly quiet for being next to the airport. Very helpful staff who rebooked us at a slightly higher rate into a regular room. Don’t book the cheapest room. It’s like a cave with no good view. In the morning it was an easy 1+ mile walk to our terminal that was probably faster than the shuttle"

"We had a great time staying at Queen Mary. The staterooms are beautiful and the beds are the most comfortable we have ever slept in while traveling. However, it was definitely interesting to be able to hear through the walls so easily, since they are so thin. I do not recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway for this reason, unless you don’t mind for your neighbors to know all your business. We ate at the Promenade Cafe for Dinner and breakfast and both times the service was lacking and the food was mid. The view was great though and super convenient. Overall a great choice for a pre-cruise hotel as it shares the pier with Carnival and they will cart you over to the terminal with your luggage. So convenient!"

"So I booked for one night end up staying two. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. They provided free breakfast buffet entry tickets and drink vouchers each night. The only drawback was a shift manager who basically thorned me when I wanted to ask a simple question. His rudeness was a turn off but the hotel itself was credible and I would considered a good value."
