Welcoming Stay

My family and I loved this home! It was 8 of us who stayed here very comfortably. Close to many places to eat and Burbank Mall. Great communication with property manager at all times. I would chose this property in the future.

Enjoyed our stay

Lovely home in quiet location!

My husband, son, and I had a wonderful time at this home! The location is QUIET but also close to everything you need in Burbank. 3 minutes to Target 😉 The house was clean, bedding was comfortable, and the little welcome snacks and coffee were so appreciated. Special shoutout to the room darkening shades in two of the bedrooms. Very appreciated when adjusting to PST.

Great location! Comfortable and quiet home.

Kitchen is very well stocked, beds are comfortable, living area is relaxing. Dining area worked well with 8 chairs, plus bar stools that can be used around the dining table. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood on a treelined street. Great for walks. Backyard is open to the front yard. The "master bedroom" has the king bed, but no attached bathroom. The "3rd bedroom" with the queen bed has the attached bathroom. This wasn't clear in the photos or description. Only downsides were maintenance issues: broken toaster, broken icemaker, though we were given a large bag of ice. Fan in 3rd bedroom had a broken pull switch for the light, so we had to unscrew the lightbulbs to turn off the light at night while the fan was on. Outdoor patio brickwork needs help.

Great property, excellent communication!

My family and I were out of our house due to renovations and this house was perfect for the three of us. My daughter loved the Bay Window in the dining area, and my husband found the beds very comfortable. The gift basket was also much appreciated! I ended up staying an extra day and communicating with the property manager was very easy. We didn't really use the backyard area as it was November, but it seemed very nice! Easy parking, very nice neighborhood.

Wedding in Burbank

My husband's family gathered in Burbank for a wedding. My immediate family met us there . Location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet and residential but close to everything. We were able to do a tour at Warner Brothers for the 100 year anniversary.

Great place for WB and Universal!

Family of four, including 2 adult children visited Burbank to spend one day at WB Studio Tour and one day at Universal Studios. The house was perfect for us! Comfortable, clean, lots of towels, would stay here again.

Very pleasant stay

The home is an older home with some updates made to it. It was comfortable for our vacation on universal studios. It was about 20 minutes away. We did wake up to a natural Halloween decoration out the front door.

Peaceful Stay

Very nice house, located in a clean neighborhood, convenient for groceries and shopping. Costo and Mall were closed by. Universal Studios few miles away. We will consider to stay next time we are in the area. Host is very friendly and helpful. Thanks! God bless!

There were many unique things about the property, like a firepit and barbeque in the back yard. While we were busy and did not utilize the back yard, it was well maintained and was quiet. There was plenty of seating and room for the 7 of us that stayed at this house. Another unique thing was that all the bedrooms had a TV in them. Although my wife and I did not use ours, we were too exhausted for the day's events, it was nice to have the option. While the house was well stocked with everyday things you need and use, it didn't have a recycle bin in the kitchen to be able to sort out the recyclables. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone.

SoCal College Visits

I stayed here with 3 teens to tour multiple campuses and it was the perfect location. The property was spacious for the kids and me and had the perfect amenities for meals. We spent time in the garden and I had my morning coffee and evening wine in a lovely setting. All features were as advertised and communication with the property manager was easy. We will definitely stay again when we’re in the Burbank. area

Final summer getaway.

We rented this house for our last summer getaway. The house is a little older but has been remodeled. Great location close to many stores and shopping. The neighborhood was very quite. Yard in the back could use some work but otherwise good.

Great location/easy access

This home was exactly what we were looking for. We were visiting family in Burbank. The location is convenient and was fully equipped. Great area to walk and lots of great food nearby. The information booklet was very detailed and the smart tvs with guest access were nice and made for a comfortable stay. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. Would definitely rent again.
