The Heritage House features 3 spacious king bedrooms, a Restoration Hardware queen sleeper sofa, plus an additional fold-out queen bed; 2 full baths with claw-foot soaking tubs, and 2 half baths. Guest Access: Entire property, all indoor/outdoor spaces, and fully fenced yard.

PLEASE NOTE:

Guest count should not exceed reservation number
Additional guests beyond 4: $100/night/guest (50% discount for children under 2)
No outside visitors unless pre-approved and listed on reservation—vacation rentals must strictly comply with this policy
Dogs welcome for a flat fee of $200 per trip. Dogs must remain under guest control, not be left alone, be housebroken (guests responsible for cleanup—doggie bags provided), and stay off all furniture. Guests are liable for any damage. Note: Historic soft wood floors may be damaged by larger dogs running.

Events: The Heritage House is also an event venue (it's zoned for multi-use), and can accommodate up to 75 event guests for inimitable, intimate events. Event bookings are not available through this platform—search "Los Alamos Heritage House Events" for event information.

Guests are liable for any damage caused by the service animal and that additional charges may apply. Please note that the floors are old, soft wood and so a larger dog running through the house could cause damage to the floors.
