「This was a great location and close to Disneyland. We didn’t have any major issues with the property and communicated with the property owner. This was a clean and well maintained property. We would definitely stay here again! Super easy ingress/egress and great parking!」

It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. 「What a great house in a fantastic location. The sand of the beach is just a few houses down. The house is well stocked and ready to host, with an office area (monitors provided use DVI connections), beach chairs, and boogy boards. We loved the house and already are looking forward to coming back again.」

They make the check in and check out so easy and simple, I love that! The house sits right on the beach in a more quieter area which I enjoyed. 「Condo is centrally located in Newport Beach, walking distance to almost everything. Very clean and updated. Really appreciated the assigned parking and amenities. Only downside was no AC, while we knew that when we booked we thought it would be cool enough without… we were wrong. Fortunately, lots of fans were provided, but it just circulated warm air. Minor inconvenience but would might think twice when booking again if no AC. Overall great stay. 」
