「Everything went fine. I personally will use the same property again. Thumbs up.」

「Apartment was very cute loved the decor. Location was perfect for our trip, close to the convention center, beaches and resturants. Neighbors were very nice and helpful with information. Parking was a bit of a hassle, there was limited street parking. Luckily a neighbors suggested the pay to park lot 2 blocks down.」

「Very comfortable stay. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Convenient location for beaches and theme parks.」

「Hosts are very responsive. Provided great instructions. Our place was excellent. 2 blocks from the beach」

「Make sure you're not getting an upstairs unit if you're afraid have heights or have any mobility issues. The spiral staircase looks a little scary but was solid. We felt like we were in a hotel room. Communication was great. Would absolutely stay here again.」

「The apartment was as described in the advertisement & in a perfect location for public transport & car rental. It was very clean & with modern facilities The Manager & staff from the apartment block was very helpful, particularly when the washing machine failed. The owners were also to hand.」

Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place」

「This property was great, exactly as pictures show. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were perfect for us. Seating was ok for 5 adults. Property needed a scrubbing (including outdoor patio area). Issues we had.. we arrived around 12:30am and could not get in (as others have stated). I made many calls to make sure we had smooth entrance to no avail. Apparently there is 4 digit pin for the lockbox at the door of condo (not building, that is a separate code) that seems Marbella does not give...

「Property was as described and was in a perfect location if you're going to the convention center or the surrounding things to do. Great view of the boats coming in and the Queen Mary if your on that side」
