「I knew I’d write this review within moments of stepping inside the condo. To say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement. As former residents of HB, it was important that we be near the beach; the condo’s location was ideal and having dedicated parking in that part of Sunset was ideal; a quick walk and you’re in the sand! 「Apartment was very cute loved the decor. Location was perfect for our trip, close to the convention center, beaches and resturants. Neighbors were very nice and helpful with information. Parking was a bit of a hassle, there was limited street parking. Luckily a neighbors suggested the pay to park lot 2 blocks down.」

「The instructions for checking in were poorly written and needed to be sent much sooner than they did. The floors were not clean and our feet got filthy walking on them. The place was very convenient for walking, but don't bring more than one vehicle, there is only one parking space available. We had to pay for offsite parking. You need to park in the loading zone in order to access the keys.」

「It was overall a good experience. It was located within 2-3 miles of every location we were visiting. Trader Joe’s is a few blocks away as well as several good restaurants. It was clean and had adequate kitchen and laundry needs. The coffee pot is drip in case someone wants to know about Keurig. There is a good blender for smoothies. 「Confusing layout from parking to duplex. Signage would be helpful」

「The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place」

「The property was nice and true to the photos. Building is centrally located for the Long Beach area, plenty to walk too. The condo is a little worn and only having one parking space was a bit of a hassle. Street parking was tricky.」
