"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

The location was great, with an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff were especially lovely and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. "The hotel is very well located near the main restaurants and in close proximity to the Satazione Centrale, Central train station to ride the train to Monteroso, Vernazza and the other towns in Cinqueterre. The down side was that we had some ants bothering us in the bathroom."
