「Very convenient access to center of city of Leamington Spa. Clean and enough space for one person mid term stay. You can have convenience grocery store downstairs of the flat. The rooms was located on the first floor. Although they do not have any front desk or lobby in the space, you can use high tech lock at the door, facing with the street. 「4 adults, 2 infants and a baby. Great size accommodation, but the stairs aren’t the most child friendly (bare that in mind and maybe take a stair gate). We did find it extremely warm OR freezing if we turned the heating down, hard to get the right temperature. Bathrooms could do with a little more through cleaning but overall a lovely property, and great location. 」
