"Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...

Il comune ad agosto 2026 si trova in emergenza idrica quindi dopo le 22 niente doccia perchè l'acqua è razionata. Non si è verificato, ma cosa costava un sms prima del nostro arrivo? "Loved the updated room and bathroom and the tasteful modern decor. Beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and the room was very clean. The breakfast buffet had plenty of hot food options as well as continental breakfast options. It would have been nice if there had been variety from day to day. The location is excellent and is right next to the trailhead for Lago di Sorapis"

"You need to expect this is a mountain hotel so it can be a little dated and caters to outdoor people who don’t need the 4-5 star resort. The only downside was the parking lot was too small and the first night we had to park offsite. The breakfast was good and included but the dining room at dinner was high priced for the limited options."
