「Very convenient access to center of city of Leamington Spa. Clean and enough space for one person mid term stay. You can have convenience grocery store downstairs of the flat. The rooms was located on the first floor. Although they do not have any front desk or lobby in the space, you can use high tech lock at the door, facing with the street. 「Very nice, ample and light room with a double bed, a proper desk, kitchenette and table. Much nicer and spacious than a hotel room. Bed was not the most comfortable but ok for a couple of nights. 10 minutes walking away from Rugby's pedestrian area. Can be a bit noisy from the road, but not worse than other hotels I've stayed in Rugby.

「Very pleasant stay. Lovely property and staff. Bit of confusion over checkin code but caused purely by generic emails from host. Code given at reception so all very simple.
Only slight negative was the mattress. Could feel springs in places.

「Excellent value for money.
Communication and access was easy - remember to message for code to lockbox.
Parking was great with loads of secure space out the back.
This place has been recently done up with a nice finish. Everything was really clean including bathroom, bed and kitchenette (except the grey thing on top of the bed had some stains).
Bed was really comfy and fresh.
Location wise it was perfect for what i needed as it was close to the arena and near a lot of shops.
