I booked a room I saw advertised. It looked big enough and had the comforts I needed. What I got was a basement room that was suffocating hot, and a window I could not open at night due to access from the courtyard with other dwellings sharing. It. I tried to reach into a tiny dirty hole to adjust heating but could not. The bathroom had a high step up, and it was far too tiny, one could hardly turn in it. when I dropped the soap in the shower I couldn’t bend to pick it up. The bed was fit into a recess area so I couldn’t use the nitestand. It was not accessible to the bed. The wall the bed sat against badly needed cleaning. There was evidence everywhere in common area, stairs, etc of work being done but not cleaned up. Scraps, dust, etc. I did speak to the manager but as hotel was booked up I couldn’t change rooms, and I was far too tired to find another hotel, He was very pleasant and as helpful as he could be.

Everything are alright.
