13号室に滞在しましたが、ケトル内はタバコ臭く汚れがこびりついていた為使用せず、窓は開きませんでした。眺望にも期待できず、部屋内は薄暗いです。偶然厨房のスタッフさんと仲良くなれた為、電子レンジの場所や通用口を教えてもらえました。昼過ぎに見回りに来たスタッフさんにトイレットペーパーをもらえました。従業員さんは親切なのと宿泊費が安い、交通の便が良い所が利点です。

ヒースロー空港からバスで20分くらいで一本で行くことができたので立地条件は良かったです。 でも、近いが故に飛行機の離発着の音が結構するので気になる人はおススメしません。 室内の綺麗さは普通ですけど、匂いがくさいとまで言わないが気になるくらい臭かったです。 スタッフさんの対応も最低限でした。

テニスの試合に行く途中で、ヒースロー空港に夕方に着いたあとに一泊しました。地下鉄のハウンズロウウェストから、1.5km歩きましたが、ヒースロー空港から直接バスで行けるようです。20kg超あるスーツケースを持っていましたが、スタッフの方が3Fの部屋まで 運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。部屋もそこそこ広く、バス付き。リーズナブルだと思います。夏は、毎年イギリスに行きますが、来年も使おうかと思います。

シャワーが壊れていて使えませんでした 1階がインド料理のレストランになっており、2階からがホテルとして使われています 道路に窓が面した部屋に泊まりましたが、交通量が多く、少し騒音が気になりました

Rubbish stay

Visit was absolutely rubbish no towels in room bearing in mind hot weather. Put my phone charger on disconnect fan so had to turn the main switch on the wall. The worst was when leavibg hotel for dining out 2 cars blocked my car from leaving site.They located one but otherone they could not located which left me in the room. Completely ruined my evening. I Personally would not recommend hotel

Very clean and quiet place thanks

My name is omar I really enjoyed the 4days i stayed in oyo indian resturant hotel staff was amazing place was so nice confi and clean very strategic areas theres alot of shops if needed quich shoping like mini tesco off licence shops very secur car park and the people lived close there was amazing and friendly honestly my next business trip oyo will be the place for me thanks all the staff there

Niveau : Jugendherberge im Marotten Zustand!!

Hallo zusammen, also für den kleinen Geldbeutel niveau ala Jugendherberge ist das OYO VII für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zum übernachten in Ordnung! Sauberkeit lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig.. Ich war in einem total verschimmelten und verdecktem Raum! Am ersten Tag saß der Schock noch tief... danach gewöhnt man sich noch daran. Man kann aber dem Service immer mitteilen wenn etwas geputzt werden sollte.. Kann man bescheid sagen.. Das Bett wie soll man das beschreiben? Aus dem Sperrmüll gezaubert und so gut es geht tuning gemacht... Die nette Geste war das Bier am Abend vom Inhaber um diesen Schock zu verarbeiten... Das ist kein Hotel sondern eher eine sehr herunter gekommene Jugendherberge... Erinnert an ein Asyl Wohnheim.... Positiv waren die frischen Handtücher!!! Also für einen wirklich kurzen Trip für den kleinen Geldbeutel ist das auszuhalten!! Was ich total süß fand.... direkt neben an ist ein sehr süßes kleines Café : Moniz Da kann man super schlemmen , Brunch einnehmen und super lecker der Cafe!! Also da aufjedenfall mal was trinken gehen! Da ich mein Handy in UK aufladen möchte... braucht ihr wenn ihr aus der EU kommt einen Adapter der in die Steckdose passt!! 2 Läden weiter nach dem süßen Cafe Moniz befindet sich ein nettes Handy Geschäft.. Sehr freundlich aber er feilscht gerne .. Ansonsten wirklich funny! Daneben befindet sich die Pizzeria Domino wo du aber nur online bestellen kannst... Aber direkt daneben ist noch ein Imbiss zum mitnehme

Bad experience

Firstly when I checked in I was charged for room which was already paid. Then went to room no hot water so went to reception to complain but was told that nothing can be done and they don't have another room . So very disappointed. And would like full refu d for the stay.

There's another hotel across the road- Stay there!

It's a very short distance from heathrow which was convenient for a late check in - early check out stop over. However, I resorted to sleeping in my clothes and avoided using the towels due to unclenliness. The towels had been cleaned and had no nasty smells but still had discomforting stains from previous tennants. The carpet and bathroom were littered in stains and had very clearly not been cleaned or sanitised between guests, which was uncomforting during the Covid pandemic (Detol anti-bac wipes had been left in the room but evidently not used by the cleaners). I am used to travelling and "roughing it" in various short stay hotels so I was unphased but much of this - the room was cheaper than nearby hotels... but I will be spending the extra money and staying at the travellodge or doubletree next time! Oh, and there was an exposed wire hanging at the end of the bed, nearly caught my toes on it a few times!

Never been in such a joke of a "hotel" if i hadnt had a flight and been very tired i would have left. There was hair in the sink, the chrome tap had more spots than a leopard, there was mould in the corners of the bathroom, furniture in the room was tacky, damaged and old. The bed...double divan base which has clearly been broken. Worst place i have ever stayed in without a doubt.

Only stay here if you need a cheap place.

Its close to the airport so we stayed here one night. I wouldn't recommend walking around this neighborhood at night with any valuables on you. There is no front desk just an Indian restaurant where the bartender shows you to the room. They copy your ID like a hostel. The restaurant is locked most of the day so you have to enter and exit through the firedoor leading the the back alley. They don't tell you this when they check you in. So my wife and I were very confused the next morning along with another guest. Until we realized that no alarm will sound when we opened the fire escape. Not our favorite experience.

I am still in shock about what I saw last night. The room was disgusting. I could not enter the toilet area. We left as soon as we saw the room. We had to find alternative accommodation that night just to sleep when we both had early starts at work this morning. It was noisy, there was bits of dust and dirty around the bed, tiles were coming off the celling and more than anything the condition of the toilet was beyond words. I am too upset and tired today but when we are able we will begin or enquiries into how to get a refund. It is unfair this was done to us and the frustration it caused is so upsetting.
