Great stay at a well equipped apartment. Everything was clean and organized. Location was great near Liverpool Street Station and Tower Bridge. Plenty of excellent restaurants and pubs within walking distance.

Really great location, apartment was generally clean enough, with some stains on curtains - but nothing that scared us or made us feel anything other than comfortable. Space was great for 4 person family, really nice to have a living area to chill out in. Coffee shops close by, and it was within 5m walk of both Tower Hill and Aldgate underground stations.
The 2 bedroom apartment with 2 baths, kitchen, living & dining room was beyond expectations for London. Family loved it very much. Ratings could be better if:
- WIFI could be significantly improved (connection was very patchy and unreliable).
- Mattresses were super hard and pillows were wafer thin.
- Response time from customer service via mobile/whatsapp needs improvement as there are staff on-site.
Property location is great, the elevator is loud and walls are fairly thin so you can hear your neighbors but it was clean, and spacious. Had a issue with WiFi and communication was the biggest hurdle I had with contacting someone at the property to get it fixed, as it seemed to take numerous attempts via Expedia app messaging , emails and calling the non emergency contact a few times to get someone to respond, but once they did they acted quickly.
The contactless entry was easy and the keyless doors were a nice touch. Would recommend to stay.

- nowhere to dispose of rubbish. The bins under the sink were too small for a family of four x 5 days.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious considering we were in London. The shower was extremely slippery. There should have been a mat inside the shower. The bed was terrible. Extremely uncomfortable, even if you didn’t have a bad back before sleeping in it you would definitely would after. Other than that it was great and a very convenient location.
Stayed there 8 days. Apartment was clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen and lovely toiletries. Very nice sized apartment. Cons: no safe in the room but that might be expected since no one is on site. No working wifi. Called every day for the first 5 days and then finally gave up. Washing machine did not work. Gave us key to apartment next door to use the washing machine. Minimal house cleaning but not a big issue for us.
We stay for 8 days. Pros-location close to two underground stations. The apartment was modern and clean. Close to the Tower of London. The neighborhood was ok. Never felt unsafe. This location did have an elevator to get to the apartment. The apartment size was good with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
This apartment was on the circle line of the underground which made it easy to get around central London but it was at the very end. If you are looking to do a lot of Central London you may want to look somewhere else but we liked the location.
The cons. Number 1, the beds were awful. They were hard,thin and the mattress (if that’s what you call these torture devices) even had large buttons that poked you in the hips. I will say I’m a fan of a soft comfy mattress. The sofa was also uncomfortable hard and low to the ground. The apartment had washer/dryer combo dish washer and other appliances but no instructions of how to use them. Being from the states, all the appliances were very different. Even a guide attached with the email about the apartment and the check in would have been very helpful to review. No desk to check in or store luggage if you arrive early which we did. We had to go to another Native location quite away from this location. Fortunately for us someone from our building helped us to get in because the instructions to get into the apartment was not very clear.
Apartment was fine. Only downsides were hard to adjust heating, spotty internet, no instructions how to use oven. Hard to figure out and washer fine but dryer worthless. Thank goodness the drying rack is provided.

Property is showing signs of wear and tear. Mostly clean, but living area had rice and other food remnants on the floor.
Guest bathroom door urgently needs repairing as near impossible to open should you shut it. As we learned to our expense.
Mostly minor gripes, but is a decent property in a good location.

Probably wouldn't stay again
Overall, a disappointing stay. Although spacious, it's very uncomfortable. The bed is hard, pillows are old and lumpy. Bath is slippery with no mats, rainfall shower head broken, heating / fan has a mind of it's own and cracked up to 32 degrees early morning. I had to chase check in instructions, and my keys were in a safe but with my personal details on the front of an envelope for anyone checking in to see. I've stayed a lot a lot of Native properties and this one is just not up to scratch.

Det er et fint sted, men at man ikke kan støvsuge/feje en hel uge fordi det ikke er tilgængeligt, og der ikke er rengøring en eneste dag, trækker meget ned, og det samme med affald. Det er lidt vildt man ikke kan komme af med skrald. Det bliver til en hel del efter 1 uge. Og det trækker helt vildt fra vinduerne, så man er nødt til at lukke gardinerne. Hård seng og meget lav sofa. Man skal selv huske viskestykker.

Une première nuit sans électricité!
L'appartement n'avait pas d'éléctricité à mon arrivée. Le propriétaire a loué ce logement en toute connaissance de cause et n'a fait réparé l'électricité que le lendemain lorsque j'étais encore dans le logement.
Lorsque je réclame le remboursement de la première nuit à Hotels.com, ces derniers me disent que le propriétaire répond aux abonnés absents.
