「The room was fitted out to a high standard and beautifully clean on our arrival. It felt like we were the first people to use the room. Unfortunately after a long day out, the following day, we returned to a room that had not been serviced. Very disappointed. We had checked with the receptionist before we went out that our room would be serviced. We were told it was only done on request, so we requested it was done, along with a couple of items that needed replenishing. Nothing was done.」
