Staff were extremely helpful. Minor issue with a window not opening and missing tv remote. However they resolved both issues quickly. Great room, location and exceptionally helpful staff.

We stayed overnight as a couple for 1 night to celebrate my birthday, the give us two cocktails, a chippy snack and a little card for my birthday (very nice touch).
