"Brilliant hotel and literally round the corner from Paddington station and a 5 minute stroll to Kensington gardens. The spa is small but cute and you get it to yourself for 30 minutes. There is only a plunge hot tub and steam, but it is lovely!"

"Clean room, friendly staff, well located. Only drawback is there was an issue with the cold water (it was coming hot) but maintenance came quickly and despite not able to fix it, they found a work around. Breakfast has an extensive range of products, but the quality was not great."

"Staff were lovely, hotel was clean but in need of renovations and soundproofing. Room was super comfy but the noise from the elevator and corridors was very intrusive. Cafe bar expensive, £5.50 for a very weak small coffee even in London that’s a lot. Location was excellent though. In between two main tubes and downhill walk through Kensington Gardens to all the museums"

"The hotel is ideally located for ready access to Paddington station and within easy walking distance to Hyde park. The hotel is good for the price other than being a little dated and tired in places.Our room was compact but clean. The breakfast was adequate but not impressive some of the cooked food was cold and there was no choice of alternative milks. However the staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall all we stayed one night at this hotel which suited our needs perfectly."
