「Unbelievable stay. One of the most scenic places on our entire trip. Our room which was of good size and adequate amenities had a patio that overlooked the pool, cypress trees, and the ocean. It was like being at an Italian villa waking up to that view every morning. The pool was also an incredible addition to the stay. The staff was so nice and helpful with everything. Old refrigerator; door did not close, freezer was full of frost. Very few patrons; good because cheap hollow core doors shut very loudly and marble floors very noisy. 「Panos and his wife wet were excellent hosts. They were very friendly and most helpful. The room was cleaned every day, had a small but adequate (for us) tv and a lovely, quiet air conditioning unit. A 5 minute walk or 10 minute stroll to the harbour and the tavernas. Located up a little bit of an incline but I managed it well enough even while carrying a weeks supply of water for 2 and I’m 68.」

The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. 「Firstly the hotel is on a small hill and takes about a 10mins uphill walk to reach. not too bad if you don’t have heavy suitcases to trawl. The check-in was easy and quick and as we travelled in the quiet period, it was all pleasant. the room was average size the balcony facing the sea was wonderful with views of the sea and mountains. the room however had dust piling up around the surfaces, the shower head was broken, the bathroom looked like it needed a though clean and the bedsheets had...

「We had high expectations for this property, especially given the good communication from the owner before our arrival, who provided helpful information. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped. The biggest issue was the noise. Our room (Room 3) was located next to a busy road, and the bin collection at 5:00 AM added to the disturbance. The rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear everything from neighboring rooms—doors closing, showers running, conversations, and even toilets...
