「We had a wonderful stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable in so many ways. The only issue we experienced was when I got locked out and needed a key. At that time, there was no one at the front desk. I noticed the on-duty staff member sitting in the restaurant just next to the lobby, but instead of helping right away, she asked me to wait. My family and I had to sit in the lobby for about 10 minutes until she finished her food or drink. She eventually came over, but only...
「The apartment for 3 people was very spacious. We didn’t use the kitchenette or washing machine because we only stayed for one night, but they would have been great for a longer stay. And the building is the most unique place I’ve ever stayed in, with an amazing rooftop view of Bolzano and the mountains.」

The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. The staff were all helpful and kind. 」
