"Reception staff very helpful when my vehicle was to tall to fit in the car park, they came up with a solution straight away without me having to find an alternative."

"This property was convenient, right next to Cardiff Central, but quiet (could not hear the trains from the room). The area is perfectly situated in the shopping district of Arcades, between the castle and the harbour front. Only concern was them requiring my passport number on check in. I’ve never been asked for this at any hotel in the past. "
