「Beautiful riverside location central to All village amenities.Very easy to find and access. Full of charm and character. Beds cosy and comfy. Very clean. Comms via VBRO/EXPEDIA were poor but direct comms with Derek was excellent and 10/10 responsive. 👌👍 Nice little welcome pack on arrival but would have preferred a proper bottle of wine rather than the alcohol free version provided😳 but that may be just us winos😂 Would definitely look to stay again if in the area and would highly recommend...

「Gorgeous little cottage, meticulosly clean. Good size shower, kitchen had everything you would need, bed was comfy, cosy living room. It was close to Llandudno and Conwy, lots to do in the area. Communication with our hosts was excellent, will be staying again. 」

「This is a great cottage completely centre of the village. Doors, away from the ice cream chop, chippy and a few minutes from the lovely beach. The view out the back is very nice and we enjoyed the time in the hot tub out there. We liked the cottage charm & cosy living room. The place is extremely well equipped with everything you need. We would come again. 」

「We loved our time at Bay View Terrace! It was a perfect base for exploring around Llandudno and North Wales. The hill was steep but we had a feeling of accomplishment when we made it to the top! The house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed taking the tram to the top of the Great Orme and exploring the copper mine there. We had good meals and drinks at the Kings Head, the Kings Arms, and the Queen Vic. We'd love to return if we're back in Wales!」

「Wonderful location. The cottage was warm and cosy and had everything we needed apart from a tin opener. Some of the baking trays were well worn. The beds were extremely comfortable. Parking was an issue and on arrival in the village a very rude woman told us there was only parking for their guests and nowhere for anyone else. 」

「Excellent location. Beautiful views from lounge window. Plenty of crockery and Utensils. Dishcloth and Tea Towels supplied with washing liquid. Double Bed slightly uncomfortable. A slight pet/smoke smell in the living room area only. 」

「Great property that worked for everyone and we ranged from teenagers who loved the hot tub and the adults who loved the beach walks and the local pub. Great house layout with plenty of space and very comfortable beds. All round a great property ina Great location. Hoping we can go back again. 」
