「The stay was nice. The room was okay. It looked like the carpet was the original and dirty. It should be replaced or have the same wood as the half of the room that was wood. The curtains should be replaced. The backing was peeling but the front was ok. The breakfast only had quiche every day, with no variety on the eggs. The breakfast area was in the basement. The fire alarm sounded at 7:30am. The fire truck rolled out. Whatever they were cooking for breakfast got burnt and...

「We thought the 3 bedroom suite we had was adorable. We were on the 3 floor with great views out the windows. The house was right off of Thames St. with great access to restaurants and shopping. I was sad the stove was not working cause we wanted to cook a hot breakfast. We did have a toaster and microwave. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Would love to come back again!!」

「The property was beautiful. The room was beautiful and the staff were excellent」

「The hotel has three buildings and all are in a fine location. Free breakfast is very good. There is a shower bath but no bathtub. Staff are very friendly. My room was on the basement story and smelt a little bit musty, but it was beautifully furnished, clean and spacious.」

「Great location, clean room. Staff was excellent and made fantastic breakfasts! Would definitely stay again」

「Fabulous place to stay in Newport. Patrick was wonderful and the place was adorable!」

「The owner was nice but inn keeper was not so friendly till the owner showed up. The information said that sun set room has the bustub but only shower. The location was good which is good but a little bit noisy at night. The breakfast was good. And the lady who served us was friendly. 」

「The owner lives in the house, and he and staff are friendly and helpful.

「Great property in a great location.」
