The 33m2 apartment is located on the ground floor.
The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
While natural light is limited, the space is designed with thoughtful lighting to ensure a pleasant and inviting atmosphere at any time of the day.
The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs.
The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Surrounded by local eateries and viewpoints like Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, it’s a perfect base to explore Lisbon. Well-connected by public transport, Travessa Terreirinho ensures easy access to the city’s highlights, blending history, culture, and convenience.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Martim Moniz, is just a 3-minutes walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
