Standard prices are those that can be eaten within next five days if I am not mistaken and they are ready to be eaten cold. I like it when I could micro wave it a little but still cold was fine as I have had them 3x on this trip! Usually when it's full price it is freshest and sweetest! Love it! #delicious

Great hotel in a convenient location in Sapporo

Anticipating the cold weather in February, we booked this hotel because it was attached to JR Sapporo station and it didn't disappoint. The rooms are well appointed and cosy and the views outside to the snow covered streets were lovely. Being able to walk from our hotel straight to the snow festival site in Odori park without having to go outside was also a bonus, as was enjoying all the amazing shopping and dining that the area had to offer

This is the 2nd time we stayed with Hotel Gracery. They have never disappointed us. Although the hotel condition was a little dated, we had a very comfortable stay. Service and amenities were great and thoughtful ! Breakfast buffet was awesome, delicious local food choices !! Love it !!

The location is good. The compact size rooms are really small and have difficulty to put 2 luggages. Rooms are clean. Some of the hotel staffs are nice and kind but some of them are not so friendly.

Great location and nice property. Triple room was quite small as others have mentioned, but very convenient to transportation and food. They only clean room every third day, but empty trash and change towels everyday. This was ok for us but would have liked to know this before booking.

Stayed in Semi Double Room. Bed was comfortable but not much more floor space so this may require consideration if travelling with large suitcases. Good secure storage area for luggage prior to check-in if required. Good access to main Sapporo station through underground passage and extending almost all the way to the fish market as well if you need to hide from the weather. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.

Check in process was seamless and practically contactless. Rooms are small as expected but very clean and comfortable. If you need space to unpack and not live out of your suitcase this place is not for you. The offset, great location connecting to the Sapporo station, Tanukikoji and Susukino by underground passage filled with shopping, dining and entertainment. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Convenient location; great breakfast

Room is really small but I think that’s normal for Japanese hotel. Staff is very very nice and helpful. Location is really convenient. Hotel breakfast is really good - a wide variety of Japanese food and some western food like scrambled eggs, bread products, sausages. My favorite indulgence is the soft serve ice cream machine.

The hotel is near Sapporo station. You can go to B1 and it was connected to the Sapporo underground shopping street and stations (JR, subway). And you can walk to Odori park, Tanukikoji in the underground no matter the weather is. I was surprised the public facility in Sapporo.

The room was nice, the bed felt kind of uneven in certain spots and the bathtub felt kind of flimsy to stand in, I thought I was going to break it by standing on it lol. It didn't though.
