"The hotel staff was very nice and extremely service oriented. There were a lot of staff that could assist with luggage and the check-in was quick. The room was precisely as you want a Macau hotel to be, having the feeling of old luxury with a lot of colours and wooden panels (and nice old wall paper) without feeling worn-out. "Very bad experience for staying this hotel. Even it’s non smoking floor, it’s smoking smell everywhere. Bad smoking smell in the room and also the blanket and pillows. My kids kept complaining and do not want to stay there. "
