"The staff was kind and helpful, however our room could have been cleaner. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed at all and my daughter pulled out the couch to sleep on the bed and there were stains all over the mattress. She ended up just covering the couch with a sheet and sleeping on that. We were also nearly attacked by another guest's dog in the hallway and then heard it barking in their room several times throughout the evening. We were also the lucky ones to stay in a first floor room with loud guests that were were running and stomping for 3 hours straight. This was a last minute booking bc we couldn't find much and it had decent reviews but unfortunately we were a bit disappointed."
