「Condo had a great lakeview so you could sit in the rockers on the back deck and enjoy the view. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed, I was very impressed at how well the kitchen was equipped. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. We saw several deer while riding around which was fun. We are not golfers but if you are the course is beautiful. I will come back when I am in the area. Overall we loved it.」

「We enjoyed our stay. It was close to Lincolnton where we were attending a Bluegrass Festival. We were there only at night, but it was comfortable, clean and quiet. Everything was in working order. We ate a yummy meal at El Sombrero in Lincolnton. We also drove through the two nearby State Parks-they were really pretty as well. When we are in the area again next year, we hope and plan to stay in the townhome again.」

「This is not a review although it gets 5 stars. Except for Petra. She was very helpful and nice before the trip and after my husband got back I have written 3-4 emails and she has not responded to any of them. 「The owner is super nice and helpful. Very informative. The dock is about a 3 to 4 minute walk away from the home, but that didn't stop us from fishing. To no fault of the owner, The Army Corp of Engineers dropped the lake for bridge maintenance so there wasn't enough water to Moor our boat. On a good note it was only 10 minutes up the road and we put in at Bobby Brown State Park and our trip was filled with fishing, boating and having fun with our grand children. 「This was the second year our group of 4 senior golfers has stayed here while golfing at local courses and attending The Masters. Our experience was great again. Nice rustic cabin with everything we needed. Hopefully, we can do it again next year. I really wish the owner would replace the upstairs futon with a single bed though! Thanks!」
