Although the hotel was practically empty, we were placed in a room that was the farthest from the parking area, with no elevator working, and the room assigned to us was wheelchair-accessible. Staff refused to move us and blamed the day shift staff for changing our room. The evening front office staff member was very rude and said there is no way to tell whether a room is wheelchair-accessible. It sounded like a Russian roulette room assignment SOP.

星野リゾートになる前のオンワード ビーチリゾートに滞在したことがありますが、その時と比較すると格段に良くなっていると思います。部屋もリフォームされていますし、プールも清潔感が増したように感じました。 ただ、星野リゾートというブランドイメージに見合った施設になっているかというと、まだまだ改装の途中なのかと思います。 それが理由なのかは分かりませんが、宿泊料金はリーズナブルだと思いますので、私達家族にとっては大満足のステイになりました。
