「The room was a nice room but it was not very clean and they did not clean while we were there. The safe door was locked open so I went to the front desk to let them know it did not work and they said "Oh, didn't I tell you when you checked in? You need to take the key and put your things in it and lock it and then bring the key back and ask for the key again when you want it out." 「What an awesome gem on the Island, the drive into the property had me wondering but once onsite it was perfect. The garden cabin was exactly what we wanted for a short getaway to relax and unplug. 「What a wonderful place! As close to paradise as you can get! Casual and comfortable, with no pretension. The tidal pool was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The food was incredible! The owners, staff and the locals who frequent the place were so warm and welcoming, you come in as strangers and leave as family! Can’t wait to return! 」

「Great deal for the price and location, two-minute walk and you get to West Bay Beach. The Hotel is in front of West Bay Road (easy to access and recognize). Nearby to different restaurants, shops, stores, plazas, etc. Room was clean and plenty of space. Staff was friendly and courteous all the time. 「The Kimpton is an outstanding hotel from the outstanding ocean view rooms to the ocean 10 yards from the pool. The staff is so friendly and willing to assist you without any expectations of money (at anytime). I would rate this hotel as a 5 star, it's that nice from the spa to the food. And if you snorkel or dive, it is unbelievable, right off the beach is the reef and unlimited sea life. Spa and food are second to none. Only negative I would say is it can be expensive since it isn't...

「This was one of my best trips ever. Great people and beautiful beaches everyday! The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the staff is great. I stayed here for 6 days and I would definitely return. And recommend it. Everything is pretty much in walking distance unless you need to do a tour.」
