「Despite the terrible weather in Roatan for our trip, Turquoise Bay was an excellent resort. We were contacted in advance of our arrival by the hotel asking if we need a shuttle in, and upon arriving we were greeted by lovely guest reception. All the restaurant staff were amazing and very friendly. I wish we had everyone's names to mention. A few that I can remember, Luis was always attentive and checking if we needed drinks, Edid (I think that's how to spell her name) was so friendly serving...

「The room was spacious, clean and nicely updated. (Could use a toilet paper holder!) The staff were very professional and kind. Particularly Romerio in the dining room, Janessa and Ingrid in entertainment and Felisha from the customer service area. The food was good and plentiful. The facility was a bit dated, but everything was clean and well kept. I would have no hesitation to return to this resort. 」

「Paradise Beach was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The room(honeymoon suite) was clean and comfortable with a huge balcony that came in handy during some rainstorms. The cleaning staff was efficient and kept the room super clean throughout our stay! There was a fantastic breakfast buffet each morning with different things to try each day.
