「The room was clean and had everything we needed .Quiet location set in the beautiful Lickey Hills , comfortable bed, spacious room, plenty of tea milk etc, parking good location stunning garden, the Hosts were very Accommodating we will return .」

「The wifi is terrible and I had to move rooms so I could get a signal which was still on 1 bar. The hotel is in a blind spot for EE also so my phone signal was non existent.」

「Honestly I just spent 3 days in that hotel and if there was a word better than flawless and amazing I would use it. 10/10 and highly recommend.」

「Pool and facilities were closed without notice, no help from reception. Room was dirty and badly maintained.」

We could clearly hear loud conversations, shouting, and piano playing from the suite until the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to get any rest. The comfort of this room depends entirely on the guests staying in the suite next door. I regret choosing a Club Room and wish I had booked a standard room instead. I would also...
