「フロントの人のみでベルボーイなどいなかった」

「Staff very nice, thoughtful and helpful, they made us so welcome, feel like stay home, nothing is too much trouble at all, if one day we come to visit Guilin again definitely will stay at same place again. 」

「朝食はビュッフェ形式で6:30から食べられます。朝食を食べてからホテルを出ても漓江下りには間に合います。 部屋は清潔で広いです。気持ちよく滞在できました。」

「We could not have been happier! The hotel is beautiful - stunningly beautiful!!! The buffet is delicious with ample variety. The room was clean and ready for us upon our arrival. Check in and check out was easy and efficient. We would definitely book this hotel again!!!」

「桂林北站からタクシーで25～35元。日塔月塔が浮かぶ杉湖の畔にある。宿泊は12階レイクビューだったので昼も夜も眺めを楽しめた。正陽路歩行街がまさに隣接している。綺麗なレストランが沢山あるが、極めて庶民的な、おばさん達がやっているお店に入ってみた。米粉も粥もメチャ安ながらとてもおいしく全く不満はなかった。妻と一緒に同じ店に2回入ってしまった。コンシェルジュの女性達が明るく有能。ホテル内のATMでは中国元を引き出せなかったが徒歩5分のVISAが使えるATMを教えてくれた。漓江下りのチケットもコンシェルジュが手配してくれた。ミニバスがホテルからピックアップしてくれる。朝食はおいしく、種類も多く、合格点。口コミ評価がそれほど高くなく、期待していなかったが、とてもいいホテルだった。」

「The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (小周) and Ting Ting (亭亭). They went out of their way to provide us with specific information about local tourist destinations and how to navigate the city. Our Guilin visit went well because of them. The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. They were mostly occupied during early morning and night. 」

「Inmejorable. Sin la ayuda de Michelle, el viaje no hubiera sido igual. Nos ha organizado dos excursiones durante nuestra estancia con coche privado y todo a la perfección. Hemos realizado 3 desayuno y 4 comidas en el propio hotel y todo estaba riquísimo. Sin duda, nos han hecho sentir como en casa. Todo el personal de trabajo ha sido un encanto, se merecen lo mejor 」
