"3/10 the place had enough space. The jacuzzi was clogged and never worked so we did not use the pool or jacuzzi at all. The house was not clean, so we had to go purchase cleaning product and clean it ourselves. We had to share one tv and it was only in livingroom. We made the best of it and just did movie night each night together as a family. The house needed a candle or air freshener to help with unclean smell. The only positives was the beds were comfortable and Julius stayed in communication with us the entire time. The property is nice they just need a reliable cleaning crew. They need to manage check in time better. Make sure everything is working properly "

"The house is exactly as pictured.The rooms were super cute and the house was very clean. I did have to ask about check in info, which was no big deal the host was super quick to respond, which I loved. My kids were obsessed with everything in the house especially the stars wars toaster that talked. We loved the master bathroom, it was beautiful. Only downside was that it was a 45 minute or longer to and from Universal. We left the park early one day and it took us an hour and half to get back, which is not their fault at all, just an add on if you don't mind the driving. "

"The ONLY thing that would have made this place better would be a better view in the pool area. I didn’t like seeing the shirtless old guy next door peeping while in our bikinis, (it was just a weird vibe); so ultimately I left and got another place. But the house was GORGEOUS and clean and the upstairs was SET UP for anyone’s day of fun. I also was SO HAPPY to see the security guard doing his job well for entry into the neighborhood. The house: 5 stars The view: 1 star The hosts: 10 stars (they were super sweet and VERY attentive and ready to make the stay as pleasurable as they possibly could.) the view issue was not their fault at all, it’s just how the neighborhood is built. Thank yall for hosting. "

"The pool pump didn't work so, we didn't use the pool. It wasn't able to be heated. The pool was green and dirty, debris was on the bottom of the pool from a hole in the lanai cover. The video games in the garage did not work. The pool cue sticks didn't have tips, the cue ball rack was broken. The door in the downstairs bedroom was blocked with sticks which is a fire hazard. The doors were not easy to open they stuck. The a/c was regulated by the host. She stated that the pool guy was going to come fix the pump and clean the pool all that was done while we were away was that a hose was strewn across the lanai and dropped and left in the pool. When I contacted the host she stated it's fine that it's like that and if it bothers us to move it out of the way. When we arrived I looked around to see if there were laundry baskets and there were not. We went to Disney one day and when we came back they showed up. I don't appreciate someone invading my privacy and she didn't even ask if it was ok to go into the home when we weren't there. There was one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom that weren't even full and one roll of paper towels for 6 nights. For the money it's not worth it. Poor maintenance and upkeep of the home, they defintely only do the bare minimum. It's listed for up to 10 people I couldn't imagine that many people staying there. False advertising. "

"Everything was clean and as advertised. We really enjoyed the karaoke room, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend. "

"Checking in was a hassle. The office doesn't have thr new guests name or names. The rental is still showing under the last guests. The parking is confusing (office told us we need a parking pass while the host says we should park across the street). House is clean but two of the tubs drains longer than expected (It'slike a pool before you finish bathing. The main living room television won't turn on. The couch in the loft is peeling really bad (sheds). The host place a work order for maintenance to stop by for fixing pointed issues per message on VRBO but no one showed. "

"Hot tub actually gets hot! Not only a spa:) everything is spacious and clean. Host is easily accessible by txt or vrbo chat! Games room is fun. Community is very clean and safe. "

"The place was exactly what we expected to be. Well stocked with what we needed for a large group. Kenny the host was exceptional with communication and follow up and check in and check out was simple. Beds were comfortable and the location was ideal. Would rent again."

"THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it also felt like I didn’t belong there. Any gated community that is so upscale and expensive would probably have rules against renting out houses like this to multiple guests passing through. That was super weird. The parking situation was abysmal. They had painted a series of parking spaces into the cement, which included a sideways parking space that blocked the other cars. It was hard to get out of the house the next morning due to being blocked by another person‘s car. Next came the long list of house rules. I can understand the need to have them, but would it kill the hosts to say please? Instead of saying “DO NOT…”, how about saying “Please refrain from…” I also received them multiple times via emails and texts. Redundant. The bedroom doors were also super thin and cheap, and although they did lock, they could easily be kicked through. Not very safe. Lastly, I was forced to upload a picture of my driver’s license to check in. Not cool. Would not stay again or recommend."
