Breakfast staff was a bit rude when I struggled/was slower than usual with my French and comprehension (Canadian, French is a second language but accented). Room wasn’t very clean. Small stains including small blood stains on the sheets, sink wasn’t wiped, toilet paper wasn’t refilled, shower flipped between very cold and very hot with no in-between. "
