Staff was great! Location is excellent, which is why I chose this property. Everything is within walking distance. If I had one complaint, it would be the size of the room. However, it is pretty prototypical for Europe.

Great location and super breakfast

Great hotel in the centre of Nice. Excellent breakfast and nice having good coffee in the room. Hotel is very fresh with super shower and comfy beds.

The hotel is situated right on the main shopping street in Nice which was perfect for us to visit all the area on foot. The staff were all very friendly and helpful pointing out all the places to visit. The room was very clean modern and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast as we wanted to experience eating breakfast al fresco at the many local restaurants. Overall a wonderful holiday in a lovely vibrant historic town.

The hotel was a short walk to the train, and close to the beach. It was very clean and seemed like a newer property. It had multiple outlets for us to connect and charge electronics. Loved that it was loft style so the main bed was upstairs and then it had 2 single pull out couches in the lower level. The shower and toilet were separate which was great and it had a hallway door in case you didn’t want to wake those sleeping on the lower level while you showered. They also gave us water bottles every day and the first day they provided sodas and beer too. The only thing I was surprised about was that they didn’t have beach towels but aside from this everything was great.

The hotel was immaculately clean and pristine, with all the essentials available. The location is excellent — right in the center, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets, with easy access to both tram and bus lines. All the staff at Best western Alba made all the difference. The front desk checked us in early when our flight landed and gave genuine recommendations, not just a map. Steven went out of his way to help us resolve our issues, and we felt right at home. We would book here again in an instant!

Great location. Seven minute walk to train station and minutes from trams. Quality Best Western bedding and comfortable bed. But... weird motion sensor activated bright light in the ceiling in room 106 that we stayed in that activated when you got up in the night to visit the bathroom. Asked the staff if we could turn it off, and the answer was no, it is a security feature. If you visit, bring a roll of duct tape :)

No AC. We were told that it is only on July/August. We were baking. We were told to open the windows. We had 4 bookings and all 8 of us had swollen bug bites. Our daughter had to take medicine as her bites for so bad. When we asked for fans- we were told only a few available and they were in use. We asked for a iron and were told that for our 4 rooms we could have one. This place is a joke. Book elsewhere unless you want bug bites.
