The hotel is situated right on the main shopping street in Nice which was perfect for us to visit all the area on foot. The staff were all very friendly and helpful pointing out all the places to visit. The room was very clean modern and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast as we wanted to experience eating breakfast al fresco at the many local restaurants. Overall a wonderful holiday in a lovely vibrant historic town.

The hotel was a short walk to the train, and close to the beach. It was very clean and seemed like a newer property. It had multiple outlets for us to connect and charge electronics. Loved that it was loft style so the main bed was upstairs and then it had 2 single pull out couches in the lower level. The shower and toilet were separate which was great and it had a hallway door in case you didn’t want to wake those sleeping on the lower level while you showered. They also gave us water bottles every day and the first day they provided sodas and beer too. The only thing I was surprised about was that they didn’t have beach towels but aside from this everything was great.

No AC. We were told that it is only on July/August. We were baking. We were told to open the windows. We had 4 bookings and all 8 of us had swollen bug bites. Our daughter had to take medicine as her bites for so bad. When we asked for fans- we were told only a few available and they were in use. We asked for a iron and were told that for our 4 rooms we could have one. This place is a joke. Book elsewhere unless you want bug bites.
