The apartment has 1 double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the common area that can accommodate extra 2 people. The apartment aslo has a small balcony in the quiet neighbourhood to explore the local life.

Paul-List-Str. is situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, just a short walk from Leipzig`s vibrant city center. Enjoy easy access to local shops, restaurants, cafes, and parks. Major attractions such as the Leipzig Zoo, St. Thomas Church, and the Museum of Fine Arts are just a few minutes away.

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
