気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The location was excellent for a city stay, however, some maintenance issues were noted and communication problems.
I messaged to confirm my stay and request what to expect on my arrival. I had no response. So i was actually starting to get anxiety.
Upon arrival, they appeared to have some difficulty locating our information, and even after they claimed to have found it, we had to correct them on the number of guests and nights of our stay. Panicking me again. We were also unaware of the £100 deposit requirement.
Building
The doorbell was loose, making entry to the property somewhat difficult. (Wasnt told the code to enter the building). The digital keypad on the room's door was unresponsive, the door itself did not feel secure and neither was code to enter the room. Unfortunately, the large shower head fell, striking my toe; I am uncertain if it is broken. The toilet was also loose. No blind on bathroom window. The bed sheets had stains, which appeared to be rust. The walls were thin. I would not recommend the sofa bed for a group of six people.
I have a few personal observations. The entrance had an unpleasant odor of marijuana. The hight of the bedroom mirror was too high, i 5ft3 and couldn't us it. Disappointed no full length mirror either. Didn't like all the unsecure wires around the tv.
Aside from these points, the apartment itself smelled clean and was not dusty. The hot water was very hot, and each room had a controllable radiator.
