「Paul met us on arrival. Explained everything clearly. Very helpful and friendly. Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly.」

「多くを求めない前提ですが、素泊まりの良い滞在ができました。素敵な部屋とまでは言えませんが、小さい規模の簡易ホテル的で従業員はできる範囲のサービスを提供しているくらいですが悪い印象は受けませんでした。駐車場が必要というと, 1ポンドで48時間のパーキングチケットを買って来てくれました。建物は古く、立派でもないですが、そのつもりで泊まるなら値段は安くいい選択だと思いました。いわゆる一般的ホテルのフロントらしきところはありません。鍵は二つ,玄関用と部屋用です。いつも誰か迎えてくれるわけではありません。サッカーのレスターのチームの試合を見にここから歩いて行きました。20分くらいです。」

「What a lovely comfortable stay. Nice beds , pillows and duvet and in a beautiful house. Tea and coffee and a bottle of water on arrival. Could have had breakfast but didn't. There's a pub down the road. Will definitely stay again and go for walks around the area」

「This property surpassed expectations. The host met us on arrival, was very friendly and provided us with lots of recommendations for places for food. The bed was extremely comfortable and bedding lovely! The choice of food available for breakfast was amazing, I’ve never seen a continental breakfast set up like it. "出張で6泊しました。朝食がおいしくて毎日楽しみでした。近くのビクトリア公園と目の前のニューウォークがお気に入りです。飲食も近くにありますし、歩くのが嫌でなければ市街地も徒歩圏内です。気になる点としては、床がギシギシいうことと、窓の開閉が大変なこと、冷房と冷蔵庫がないことです（小さなな扇風機は2個ありましたが、1個は壊れていました。）。掃除は毎日しっかりしていただきましたが、人によってお菓子や紅茶の補充を忘れているようで、時に残念な気持ちになりました。毎日補充される水はペットボトルではなく瓶でした。相対的にコスパはよいかと思います。"
