"From checking in to checking out the staff were always polite and helpfu. The room was very clean apart from a small cobweb in a small corner in the bathroom, but it didn’t detract from the cleanliness of the rest of the room."

"It was difficult to stop by the hotel in a car, but once I had been dropped off and went in, the hotel the staff could not have been more helpful personally showing me to the underground car park. Dinner was fine for my husband, but I had to settle for just chips, as the menu was heavy on spicy choices, but the chips were some of the best I had ever eaten and the staff were very accommodating in getting me a roll to eat with them. Breakfast was good plenty of choices and hot. Would define stay there again."

The telephone in the room was not working and inspite of bringing to the attention of the front desk people , it never got fixed during our one night stay"

"Stayed in the Space themed room, one of the few rooms with air conditioning though it was a really hot day and it wasn’t especially effective. However, overall the experience was excellent with a wonderful breakfast, excellent complimentary coffee/tea in rooms and quality toiletries in the bathroom. Will happily stay again, though hopefully it won’t be quite as hot next time!"

"The rooms are somewhat small with a capsule bathroom that I've never seen before but actually quite liked. There is no air conditioning and the air cooler in my room didn't work and no fan were provided so it was quite unbearable, the window had to remain open and unfortunately there is a lot of road noise outside so my sleep was very disrupted. There is also very limited parking available, certainly not enough for all of the rooms the hotel has but I was lucky to get a space when I arrived. It's a fairly good budget hotel if you're planning a night out but it's quite basic."
