We were told that it would be ok to check in late. We thougt someone would be on site. It was late and dark. No one was there and office was closed. We didn't have any instructions to get in. We had to rent a room at another hotel for the night. It was 3 1/2 hours into the next day that we finally has a maitenance man show us where the key was. This was after several calls. She said that she had sent check in information after we made reservation. We did not get it. We loved the unit we rented. It was clean, quiet, good location, and was like an apartment. We were sad that we only stayed 2 of out 3 nights. They did refund one night.

Great property with a great location. Overall this place is fantastic… the only tiny negative is the pillows on the beds aren’t great, so may want to bring your own; but that didn’t take away from the space, the price and the location which are all fantastic!!
