「This was a lovely and fun tiny home that we got to stay in to watch the Leadville Skijoring festival! It was super close to downtown festivities, but far enough away that it was quiet when the doors and windows were closed. Would definitely recommend staying here for a cozy Leadville stay -- great value for the location and space as well. 」

「Cute little tiny house, walking distance to downtown, with mountain views. Was stocked with everything we needed and plenty of room to sleep the 4 of us, with room to spare. Only complaints are that the A/C unit is more of a decoration than a reality, and we lost a wallet while we were there (realized after we left) and the owner/property manager never got back to us with whether they found it or not, despite us reaching out multiple times and them responding that they'd let us know. 」

「We booked one night for a mountain bike race at the local college. Looking at the street view on Google, we were a bit worried about the location, but we found it to be very convenient to downtown and it seemed very safe.
