Main Floor: Queen bedroom, bathroom w/ shower & laundry.

Loft: Futon
Policies: No A/C. Pet-friendly (fees apply). No fireworks, parties, or open fires. Security cameras. Altitude awareness advised

Winter Disclosure: 4x4 vehicle recommended for winter months due to steep and slick road conditions.
Location: Perfect for disconnecting and immersing in nature’s beauty.
Main Floor:
-Fully equipped kitchen with crock pot, stovetop popcorn maker, and pressure cooker.
-Cozy living room with Smart TV.
-Primary Ensuite: Queen bed, luxurious shower, and jacuzzi tub.
-Additional queen bedroom.
-Bathroom with shower and laundry facilities.
Upstairs:
-Futon in the Loft with a stunning view of the living room.
-Loft Workspace
-Large closed bedroom with queen bed and bunk bed (twin over full).
-Bathroom with shower.
Outdoor Space:
-Fenced in yard for dogs
-Covered deck along the side of the home with large table/chairs and grill.
-Ideal for enjoying morning coffee or sunset cocktails with breathtaking views.

Guests have access to the entire house, outdoor parking on the side of home will fit several cars. (no covered parking).
The Neighborhood:
Downtown Twin Lakes is just a few minutes away. Leadville is a 20 minute drive with all restaurants, shopping, and entertainment!
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is with a car as there is no public transportation to get to and from this home. In the winter it is best to have four wheel drive and good tires. It is always manageable to get to the home, but we want to be transparent that in the winter the roads could be snow packed.
Other Things to Note:
License Number: 2025-055
This property does not have air conditioning.
The home is pet friendly with a pet fee of $100 +tax for 1 pet and $200 +tax for 2 pets max.
-NO FIREWORKS AT ALL EVER and if we find out about it, you will be fined $500. Due to the location of this property, being secluded in the woods, it will not be tolerated!
-No AC
-There are 2 cameras at the property. Pointed at the Driveway and front door
Please NO parties, no fire pits, no fireworks.
NO open fires are allowed in the PanArk neighborhood.
Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.
Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
