"Check in was a bit confusing for us. Immediately prior to arrival an email or text reminder with office address would have helped. The wifi did not work for the 3 days we stayed. The manager said it was working prior, sent a technician who could not immediately remedy the problem. Be aware that this property is managed not by the owner but a management agency. Overall the apartment was as described. It was clean and fairly quiet. It is close to beach restaurants and shops."

"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "Perfect location for walking to explore city, room was very nice and staff very helpful with any request Only complaint was shampoo was a combo shampoo conditioner and didn’t feel like it rinsed well so left hair feeling heavy, I would stay again and just bring my own shampoo 😀"

"A lovely hotel in an excellent situation on Promenade des Anglais. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was the best we've experienced. The buses and trams made it easy to get around and explore Nice and run frequently near the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and certainly hope to return soon."
