We were in Monaco for 2 nights and this hotel was perfect! It was clean and roomy and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the train station and more importantly close to the elevators that go down to the marina and the escalators that go to the train station. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We would stay here again. It is up on the hill but there are escalators to each level so not a problem. Steps also if preferred. Staff were lovely and the apartment was great. Stayed 3 days and loved it.

Had a four night stay whilst on business and I have to say, if you after something that’s clean, comfortable, convenient and inexpensive for the area, then this hotel is perfect. Cheap parking at just €15 per night underneath the hotel too. Well recommend for a visit to Monaco.

We stayed in a one bed apartment. Nice and spacious. Lots of extra bed linen available. One single pull out and a double pull out in the living area and then a double bed in the bedroom. Not the most comfortable beds but adequate for a short stay. Excellent location, short walk 10 minute walk to train station or casino. 20 minute walk to beach. Very nice staff at the front desk. Would recommend for a family wanting to explore the area.

Good location, but uphill from Monte Carlo. Double beds but the sofa bed wasn’t made up on our arrival- arrived at 11:30pm to having to make up a bed- the hotel knew we were a family of 3!

Good location to access Monaco and Safe parking

Good location to access to Monaco. Parking lot is safe and has direct access to the room. Studio is too small to open the luggage and the condition can be improved if well arrange the furniture in the room. I changed my room to the bigger one but the furniture, especially the refrigerator, is too old.

If you are going to stay in Monaco with family I would recommend this hotel as the room is huge and has kitchenette. To walk to main area of the casino is about 8 minutes. Considering the area vs price is great. You can call Uber in this area as it really is Beausoleil but if you are in Monaco you need to call taxi to go to the hotel or you can walk. Area is safe and has elevator in front of hotel to go down the street. Bathroom was big and everything look ok! Not Wao design but it was pleasant. The only thing I did not like was the tile flooring as it looked outdated yet clean and well maintained.

The accommodation was beautifully furnished and is right in the heart of Milan. about 350m from Milan Cathedral. The communication with the landlord was great, he explained everything to us how to get to our apartment. When we were in Milan, we arrived at the reception and a gentleman accompanied us to the apartment and answered our questions. We were allowed to use the coffee machine including capsules and water for free. The apartment is ideal for a family with 2 children and the beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed for the children. Thank you very much for everything, I would be happy to come again.

Negatives: Dont believe the pictures. The room we received was basically in an alley not even connected to the hotel. The refrigerator didnt work, the hand held shower head wouldnt stay up, and the AC was worthless in the main living area. Rude front night staff when we tried to address the issue. And no ice maker on property!? Positives: The rest of the staff were very nice and helpful. location was generally convenient. The breakfast was also very nice.
