Hat alles gut geklappt, Zimmer waren sauber und gut! Zum Strand sind es 5min. Poolbereich ist ausreichend. Alles im ganzen, war unser Urlaub sehr gut ! Werden wahrscheinlich wieder kommen!

The pool and the closeness to the beach was our highlights. The building both inside and outside need a little bit of care and . It’s no hotel feeling more like a decent hotel apartment complex but overall good but no luxury feeling at all. We had a nice stay and we came to swim and relax.

Dette var en 10/10 oplevelse for os 3 , vi ankom meget før indtjekningen startede, men den meget søde Vært hjalp os med ALT, så vi kom på værelset før tid, værelset var som det skulle være, skøn altan og vi havde meget glæde af AIRCOND. + Parkeringskælderen + Pool og Tennisbanen Derudover ligger det i perfekt afstand for alt det vi skulle opleve (Menton, Monaco, Cannes, Port Grimaud mm) Da vi tog afsted fik vi lov til at stille vores bagage i mange timer - tryg og sikkert På gensyn Line & Michael Danmark

The staff were very nice and helpful. The building itself is a bit dated, but the room was fine. If you're trying to go into the main part of Nice every day it's a journey. The busses do not connect well to the area. Traveled with a friend and we rented the studio room. Used the bunk beds, which if you're small are fine, my friend was a little cramped. You do need to make your own bed on arrival and take out the trash at the end of stay. Balcony was great. Kitchen is functional with bare minimum basic furnishings, but the hotel does supply some cleaning products. Had to ask for more toilet paper, we stayed for 8 nights. They would not provide any more towels though. There's laundry available in the building and costs 5€ to wash and 3€ to dry. The climate control worked great. A couple things missing were a hair dryer and an iron. And the shower could use an actual curtain or need to extend the glass partition because it only covers half the shower/tub resulting in a wet bathroom floor if you're not careful. Lots of closet space and a big table, plenty of room to unpack your things. You can hear noise really well from the hallway, but it usually quiets down early. Overall a very usable and basic stay that works on a budget.

Le séjour était bien mais lors d'autres séjours pour le même prix et descriptif, on avait wc et salle de bain séparé. Ce serait bien de mieux le préciser dans l'offre. Problème de robinetterie mais rapidement résolu. Personnel accueillant et réactif.

Check in was very difficult as the gates are locked and no communication to get in.. We had to wait for a car to open the gate and then walk through. Also, you have to make your own beds, and at check out wash all your dishes, remove all bedding and place in bathroom, then take out all your trash. So we were not sure what we were really paying for?!

Nice size apartment with everything to make an easy stay. We had three kids under 10 and 2 adults and we had plenty of space. 2 mins walk to the beach and lots of dining options along the promenade in both directions (towards the airport or towards Cagnes Sur Mer). Beautiful quiet area and an easy bus ride, approx 20 minutes, into Nice. Buses run regularly and the closest stop is only a 5 min Walk from the hotel. Nice pool area, very clean and all felt very secure with passcodes required to enter. No on site bar or restaurant which didn’t bother us at all but might be important to other travellers!
