"A wonderful hotel in a spectacular area of France. The chalet style was very in keeping with the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming and most helpful. The only niggling area of concern relates to the buffet breakfast. The cold meats and cheese were not covered and were susceptible to a few flies present in the room. Maybe if these were covered, it would have been better."

"We were 2 families staying in the chalet for a ski holiday. It was perfect for what we needed. In a quiet location just outside Le Grand Bornand. We had cars and drove down to the lift every day which worked well. We walked down in to the town one day although the hill back up is quite steep. Highly recommended."

"A very compact and fully equipped apartment; the place is clean and very convenient to the ski lift. Everything is as described and the parking lot is a plus.The only problem is there is no wifi, that is very difficult and we have to walk to the Tourism office and sat there for wifi; as my phone network was not good."

"This was our second stay in this chalet and we had another thoroughly enjoyable week. The chalet is warm and clean and benefits from the sun streaming into the property. Le Grand Bornand is a great village with restaurants and shops and the ski area is friendly and perfect for family or leisure skiing. Would be very happy to stay again some day !"

"Picture perfect little chalet hotel. Everything you would expect for a winter stay. Super easy to get to the slopes with the shuttle bus (it takes 5min and runs every 15min) "

"Very clean and comfortable chalet which accommodated 4 adults and three teenagers. The kitchen is really well equipped and there is a convenient off road parking space. Beautiful views from the balcony and a perfect location for exploring the mountains. The centre of the village of Le Chinaillon is a short drive (or 20 min walk) and has a fantastic boulangerie and several restaurants. Le grand Bornand is larger and about a 10 minute drive. Lake Annecy is wonderful and about 45 minutes away by car. Check in was very easy. I might not have read the property description properly but I did not realise that bed linen and towels are not provided, however Laurent was very helpful at putting this right for an extra charge. Highly recommended."
