The house has 5 double bedrooms.
Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds with dimensions 140x200.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 can each have two single beds measuring 90x200. They can form a double bed by bringing them together.
The kitchen is fully equipped (toaster, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, induction hob, extractor hood)
The first bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with sink, mirror and towel dryer.
The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, a sink with mirror, a toilet and a towel dryer.
There is also a separate toilet with hand basin and mirror.
Plenty of storage space is available in the house (cupboards, wardrobes, chests of drawers in the bedrooms.)
Entry into the accommodation will be between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., a concierge will welcome you, contact us by message if you wish to arrive before or after these times so that we can organize ourselves.
A person will always be available to respond to your requests, a concierge will be present to show you the premises upon your arrival and an inventory will be made on departure for the handover of the keys.
The house is quietly located on the heights, access is via a small road through the hill and the vineyards. The house is secure with access via a gate, it is not visible from the road. There is little traffic other than residents. The land is not fenced, this must be taken into account for children or animals, you are surrounded by nature to recharge your batteries!
You must have a vehicle to reach the property, there is a sloping access path in the property to reach the villa.
Parties and events prohibited. Any outside person must be reported. A caretaker lives nearby.
The house is on one level on a large open plot of land with terraces, the property is not fenced and the swimming pool is not protected. The house is therefore not suitable for animals or young children without supervision.
