「Excellent property. Owners very friendly and helpful. Extremely clean basement apartment with comfortable bed and living room sofa. We really appreciated the full kitchen and nice big refrigerator as well.」

「The room was clean , but obviously dated. This hotel is in a decent location and is close enough to the downtown area.」

I think there was a person next door and I could not hear them during the night or their TV or talking etc. All the negatives, a big one is the beds were very very firm. Woke up every hour to turn. There were ants in the bathroom and by the bathroom sink. And lastly the toilet wouldn't flush. I had to lift off the back tank cover and manually lift the lever every time because the flapper...

「The space was clean and the Host was great. This was perfect for my Daughter and I on our visit to KU. It was a perfect location. The parking was great and it was within walking distance of Mass St. I will definitely stay here again!」

「I won't be back again.」

「Very clean rooms. Very good communication with the host.」

「The kitchen could be equipped with a few more items e.g. a bread knife. Inspect the glassware frequently. I almost cut my lip on a glass tumbler with a chip on the rim. The door handle into the bedroom was soiled. I did take picture of it to show my wife. I forgot and left a charger cord for my hearing aids in the bedroom. I thought the 50 service plus shipping charge to return to me out of line (too expense). 」
