The property is gorgeous and there are so many deer roaming everywhere. The hosts were great and communicated well. We really loved the decor and cleaning less of the house and it was a great stay. We will rent here again if we come back to the area.

Very nice place to stay. Quite neighborhood with access to the water on their private dock, and close to the Rock Springs boat launch. Just minutes away from the cities of Lavonia and Hartwell so restaurants and shopping were nearby. Everything else needed for cooking was found in the kitchen. Our favorite part was all the deer in the neighborhood. We saw deer right outside the door almost every time we went out.

They were wonderful hosts very understanding. The property was wonderful, so peaceful! The beds were amazing, I slept so well. The house kitchen was very well stocked. And the shower was nice, great water pressure. The back deck and wildlife were a major plus, sweet pulling up to a deer eating.
